The domain name should be created in such a way that it clearly expresses the purpose of the Website. So the first thing you must do before the other important factors of Search Engine Optimization is selection of a proper domain name and then its registration. The process for checking the domain name is free but for buying a domain name you will have to pay some charges that are involved.
