The solution to this is find affiliate program with second tier you want to promote in any of the marketplace e.g. ClickBank or PayDotCom and then find people that have customer list (I mean list of people who are already buying what you are selling) and approach them for a cut of the profit. You can find these people with list (newsletter publisher or product owners) on Google dot com. The thing I like with this method is that your credibility does not matter, you are leveraging the credibility of the list owner. Also you do not have to be technically inclined to use this method, the software the vendor have in place take care of all the technical stuff.
The second method would be for you to create your own information product. This is where the money really is but it require more effort and or money on your part. The problem with this money machine is that it take time, effort and money The good news is that you can outsource everything including the writing and the website creation/setting up and just do the marketing yourself using the method on step 1 above and split the profit 50/50 with the customer list owner. If you do the writing and setting up the website yourself, your out of pocket expenses will be minimal.
