Asus UX Laptop Series Review

The UX series weighs about 3.5 lbs, depending on the notebook’s specs set up.

Another strong point of the Asus UX series is the Consumer Ultra Low Voltage system featured in the Intel processors installed in the notebooks. This allows Intel processors to consume less power despite high processing tasks.The processors won’t produce much heat during computations, thus the lesser need for ventilation space. This is what allows the Asus UX notebook series to carry a slim design.
Asus UX30
Asus packed the UX30 with fewer capabilities than its UX50V brother, as this laptop is designed to carry out less demanding tasks. The UX30 could appeal to users who need some computing power for their business, and maybe some games for pleasure.

This laptop contains hot keys ideal for one-touch operations like shutting down the unit or modifying the display brightness.
CONS:
A user may find the Asus UX30 unsuitable for some gaming pleasure. It is not unexpected since this laptop is not supported by any dedicated graphics. The UX30, however, may still play some games that don’t require much memory to run with.
ASUS UX50V
It is evident that the UX50V contains more muscle than its UX30 brother. The UX50V could perform multi-tasks thanks to its powerful processor and memory support.

Unlike the UX30, the UX50V could play the current games and perform harder programs. Already run by a powerful processor, its 512 MB of dedicated graphics allows the UX50V to endure demanding computations.
The UX50V also contains hot keys for one-touch operation like the UX30.
CONS:
The UX50V’s high tag price may turn off some computer buyers from acquiring this laptop.
